Who is responsible for your data?

What information do we collect?

Only what you share with us when you contact us by email or WhatsApp:

• Your name.
• Your company and role, if you share them.
• Your email address and phone number.
• Your message and the details of your project.

How do we use it?

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your request and schedule the demo or meeting you ask for.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and contracts.
• Deliver the services you hire us for and communicate during the project.
• Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Do we use cookies or tracking?

The site currently uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.

If we add advertising or analytics tools that use cookies, we will ask for your consent before enabling them and update this policy.

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us operate — such as email, cloud hosting and messaging — under confidentiality obligations, or when required by a competent authority.

Some of these providers may store information outside Colombia, always with appropriate safeguards.

What are your rights?

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop using it, or to explain how we use it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

How do you exercise them?

Email tech@soyrival.com with your name, your request and a way to reach you. We will reply as soon as possible and within the time limits set by applicable law.

How do we protect and retain your data?

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

This policy is effective as of November 1, 2026. If we change it, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
